The twenty-four wellness residences sit independently, yet within reach of the Jayasom wellness destination - with a full westerly-facing view of the Red Sea. Close at hand are the wellness village, sports courts, Jayasom's Health & Wellness Center, adults and family dining, and leisure facilities.
Along the way, a farm belt grows vegetables; the gardens hold experiences from sound therapy and mindfulness to moon-viewing. The coastline in front of the residences is home to nesting turtles, and is protected at sensitive times of the year.

Property Specifics
Design ethos, materials, and the architecture behind each residence
The architecture sits low against the coastline, oriented to the rising slope behind and set back from the sea so the water stays in the foreground. Heah & Co drew the buildings, renowned for their expertise across destination resorts; the residence carries Heah's magic touch in the way the volumes recede into the land. The interiors are by Studio Carter, whose pause-object detailing keeps the rooms quietly held rather than over-styled.
Materials are local and tactile: natural stone flooring, specialist plaster on the walls, timber veneer, woven textiles, lime finishes, clay. The hardware schedule names its brands: Häfele door hardware, Salto Systems locks, Silent Gliss blackout, motorised drapery. Bathrooms run Zucchetti plumbing, Bisson Bruneel glass partitions, natural-stone vanities. Bedrooms carry Coco-mat® mattresses across every layout.
Residences are sited to take the morning shade and the late-afternoon sea breeze. Planting is set before mechanical cooling is added: pergola vines for shade, cross-ventilation through the living-and-dining run, motorised shading at the full-height glazing.
