Why community here

Why the community matters

The community is shaped to give residents the everyday version of what visiting guests find at the resort. Practitioners on rotation. The Health and Wellness centre accessible by foot. A creative studio and library that invite slow time. An organic farm belt and a sound garden that locate residents within Saudi geography rather than around it. A turtle nesting habitat preserved at the southern edge.

The wellness residences sit alongside Jayasom AMAALA at the southern end of Triple Bay, connected to the resort by a linear walking route. Twenty-four residences across three layouts hold the community: ten two-bedroom, twelve three-bedroom and two four-bedroom. Each residence faces the Red Sea.

Retreats

Across the property

A fourteen-amenity map shared at Triple Bay

Owners and long-stay guests share community spaces designed for both adult depth-of-practice and family programmes: the Mosa Hub working room, the Farm Belt growing terraces, on-property water bottling and a programme of seasonal events through the year.

Owners hold standing access to the property's amenity map: the Health and Wellness Centre at Jayana, the eight dining venues, the gardens at Yasmeen and Stonecrop, the hydrothermal circuit, the mineral and vitality pools, the salt inhalation rooms, the cryotherapy chamber, the floatation pool, the studio roster, the Beach Hut, the Farm Belt growing terrace, and the Mosa Hub working room.

Community spaces run across the property: the Wellness Plateau holds the Stonecrop Maze and the slow-walking discipline; the Yasmeen Night Garden carries the jasmine that opens after dark; the Phoenix Garden hosts evening meals on reservation; the Poa Garden Theatre and the Colour Garden sit on the Jayela family side. Owners cross zones freely.

Place is a method, not a backdrop. The Red Sea coast holds the year-round outdoor climate; the architecture is by Heah and Co with interiors by Studio Carter; materials draw on the local palette. The community is built around a regenerative wellness positioning: a neighbour to the culture, a neighbour to the locals.

Wellness Advisor continuity

The same Wellness Advisor who shapes a retreat stay shapes the residence cycle. Owners arrive into a known relationship; the body of work built across earlier retreats threads into the longer cadence. The Jayasom Longevity Assessment Programme runs across seven components annually, with results read by the Wellness Advisor and the Director of Health and Wellness.

Sustainability

Stewardship through the year

Sustainability runs through the community. Renewable energy, water conservation, the on-property Farm Belt feeding the kitchens, in-house water bottling, and LEED-certified design carry the daily practice. Nesting turtles use the cove between September and February; community programmes invite owners into observation, discussion and quiet stewardship.

Optional

Rental programme

An optional rental programme runs through the resort operator. Owners place residences into the rental pool when not in residence; operator-managed turnover, housekeeping and guest experience hold the standard.
