He trained at a leading hotel-management programme in India, then began his career in guest-facing operations and went on to senior positions with internationally recognised hospitality brands across Dubai, Doha, Mauritius, and Bermuda.

Front-office operations and team culture were his early focus; the wellness lens came later, shaped by surroundings and personal routine while he was based on island properties. Daily yoga, morning walks, and time outside reshaped his approach to leadership, not just to life.
