Sascha Hemmann brings decades of global hospitality experience into the evolving world of wellness. Born in East Germany, Sascha's first steps into hospitality were driven by curiosity and a desire to see the world. That career began in London and led to leadership roles across South East Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and recently in Europe.

Internationally recognised properties shaped his career; Sascha is known for guest experiences built on connection, service, and presence. He believes in people over titles, draws teams together, and connects work across disciplines.

His leadership philosophy is simple: treat others the way you want to be treated, with fairness, encouragement, and authenticity. After years at full speed, Sascha paused, reflected, and rebalanced. That work led him to wellness as much in his own life as in his profession.
