SENSORY FOCUS
Open, light-filled spaces emphasise simplicity and serenity. Indigenous materials and exceptional local craftsmanship carry a distinct sense of place. Spacious yet cocooning interiors express the lyrical essence of the surrounding naturescapes. The residences tell a unique Red Sea story.
Sixty villas hold the resort across four core layouts: One-Bedroom Beachfront Pool Villa at sixty-two square metres indoor and forty-eight square metres outdoor; Two-Bedroom Beachfront Pool Villa for guests travelling together; Three-Bedroom Pool Villa for cohort or family stays; and Over-Water Villas facing the bay for guests on longer stays. Each layout carries a balcony, lounge chairs, plunge pool, Coco-mat natural mattress, and Oud-custom amenities.
Each room is set up around stated preferences before arrival. Aroma options: Calming Lavender or Spirited Rosemary. Pillow choice from the seven on the menu. The room held to the property's temperature standard. Coco-mat natural mattress: latex, coconut fibre, horse hair, cactus fibre, seaweed, knitted cotton.
Twenty-four wellness residences sit alongside the resort villas across three layouts: ten two-bedroom at three hundred and fifty square metres, twelve three-bedroom at four hundred and twenty-three square metres, and two four-bedroom at five hundred and twenty-five square metres. Architecture is by Heah and Co; interiors by Studio Carter. A five-bedroom Jayela Residence with private wellness studio sits as a separate flagship layout.
Place is a method, not a backdrop. The villa layouts hold the practice as much as the studios do. Phase one is a small property by destination-resort scale, and the design is for it to stay that way. The daily wellness rhythm is sized to the cohort, not to the building.
Stays are scheduled around the practitioners on hand that week. A Wellness Advisor confirms which villa fits the dates and the party.

Rental is a stay through the resort booking. Ownership joins the Jayasom Longevity Assessment Programme; the residence can be included in the rental programme when owners are not in residence.
