Pillar 01
Wellness wisdom®
Traditional wisdom, joined by contemporary practice. Functional assessment, physical activity, foods that heal, holistic experiences, shaped around you, the person in front of us, here and now. Together, they breathe life.
Preparing your experience
Wellbeing is not a luxury, but a birthright. We believe that inspiration keeps us on our wellbeing path, so it is our mission to gently guide our guests to take the reins of their health and happiness. We blend our deep understanding of traditional wellness wisdom into programmes crafted for each individual, in meaningful locations. Empowerment rather than prescription, plus a little playfulness, defines our thinking.
That thinking shapes how a stay is paced. Days take their cue from the morning, and the hours give the practice room to settle. The team is held together by people who have spent many years in their fields. We ask for time, and we return it.
In Jayasom we do not seek transformation. We trust your natural desire to realign with what feels right, your own unique essence. Each property is built into a region whose own healing knowledge runs back further than the brand could; along the Red Sea coast, where our first property sits, Traditional Arabic Medicine has been refined across generations. Across the brand, this is what we mean by our third way: regional heritage and contemporary clinical science, integrated and at home in the place each property sits in.
Traditional Arabic Medicine and regional heritage integrated with contemporary clinical science. Three pillars hold the brand together.
Pillar 01
Traditional wisdom, joined by contemporary practice. Functional assessment, physical activity, foods that heal, holistic experiences, shaped around you, the person in front of us, here and now. Together, they breathe life.
Pillar 02
Our world is under pressure. Personal and planetary health are connected. Renewable energy, water conservation, LEED-certified design, and our sustainability room, the Mosa Hub: small acts, measured and reported.
Pillar 03
Celebrating the culture of local communities connects us to indigenous wellness traditions and honours the vibrancy of our world. This sensibility is at the core of our thinking at Jayasom.
AMAALA is a connected coastal community on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, master-planned by Red Sea Global. Eleven branded communities are planned across Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the destination.
Jayasom is the wellness retreat anchor of Phase 1, sitting alongside Equinox, Nammos, Four Seasons, Six Senses, Rosewood, Clinique La Prairie, and Andar Club. The northern end of Triple Bay gathers around a Marina Village; the southern end, reached by a linear walking route, holds the secluded wellness core where Jayasom AMAALA sits.

Adults
The deeper retreat practice, the signature dinner-led restaurant, and longer hours of stillness.
Held within
Families
Shared programmes, family Mediterranean dining, and studios where children practise in age-banded groups.
Held within
Both zones share the Health and Wellness Centre, the Nakeha cooking studio, and the gardens that thread across the property.
The architecture is drawn to recede in the right places. Buildings sit low against the coastline; sea breeze moves before mechanical cooling; materials are local where the climate allows.
Jayasom AMAALA is one hour by car from Al Wajh Domestic Airport. Red Sea International Airport and NEOM Bay are each two hours away. Commercial flights run regularly from Doha, Dubai, Jeddah, Male, and Riyadh; private jet connections are supported..
Every stay begins with a conversation. Four moments shape what unfolds.
Step 01
A Wellness Advisor sits down with you the morning you arrive, listens to where your body and mind are on the day, and shapes a programme drawn from your goals and from what the assessment reveals.
Step 02
Treatments draw on evidence-based wellness science alongside the healing traditions of the Red Sea coast. Movement, food, and the day's activities all calibrate to what the body needs.
Step 03
A morning may begin with breath work in the studio, before a walk along the coastline. Lunch is followed by a treatment, an afternoon by space for rest or for a consultation with a Visiting Practitioner.
Step 04
Should you wish, guidance and support continue after you return home, paced to keep the practice integrated into your daily life.
Visiting Practitioners arrive in residence through the year, each chosen for the depth of practice they carry.
Each retreat is a complete journey shaped around how you arrive — as a pair, on your own, with family, or with a team. Choose the path that fits the season you are in.

In the stillness of a January afternoon, along the untouched shores of Al Wajh, a quiet encounter unfolded, one rooted not in time, but in tradition. On this journey, the team from Jayasom AMAALA, accompanied by Karen Campbell, CEO of Jayasom, arrived not as visitors, but as listeners, drawn by a shared reverence for the wisdom held within place and people.
Within her home, Midwife Fatimah received the Jayasom team with a warmth that felt both intimate and enduring. The majlis, layered in deep hues and soft textures, carried the scent of Arabic coffee and the gentle rhythm of hospitality. Here, conversation slows. Here, trust begins.
Her knowledge, inherited through generations, is not taught, it is lived. Gathered from the land after rainfall, herbs are prepared with care and intention, each one understood not only for its function, but for its place within a greater balance. Healing, as she revealed, is not found in the remedy alone, but in the awareness that guides it.
Beyond the physical, her practice moves quietly into the unseen. Intention. Prayer. Presence. A belief that the body and spirit are not separate, but in constant dialogue.
When asked what should become of this knowledge, her answer was both simple and profound: It must be preserved. For in its loss, something far greater is forgotten. And for those who seek it: Understand before you use. Let care lead, not desire.
This is where wisdom begins. Nothing here is hurried. Nothing is excessive. Only what is essential remains. As the moment gently closed, what lingered was not only what was shared, but what was felt, a quiet understanding that true wellbeing is not discovered, but remembered.
"Today, we live too fast, consume too much, and disconnect too easily. We can reclaim our conscious awareness, still our minds, ease our bodies, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always guided us."
Karen Campbell, CEO and Co-Founder, Jayasom
The Jayasom AMAALA Wellness Residences are 24 branded homes set within the property. Each is a sanctuary that holds the same wellness methodology as the wider estate, brought into private ownership.
Three layouts are offered. Ten 2-bedroom villas of 350.2 square metres each. Twelve 3-bedroom villas of 423.9 square metres. Two 4-bedroom villas of 525.3 square metres. Each villa carries its own pool, with built area and outdoor space scaled to the layout, and is finished with the same considered material palette as the wider property.
Owners receive the full programme from the wellness team. An annual Longevity Assessment runs across seven components and informs an individualised plan that follows the residence into daily life. The same Wellness Advisor who shapes a retreat shapes a season at home, with the same access to Visiting Practitioners and the same continuity into the property's gardens, kitchens, and treatment rooms.
The Residences sit close enough to the wellness core to share its rhythm and far enough to keep their own privacy. Owners enter through a separate arrival sequence and hold reserved access to the gardens and a section of the coastline.
Sustainability is operational, not aspirational. The Mosa Hub is a working room, not a display. It is the day-to-day station for the work of tracking and refining sustainability practice across the property, with public reporting through the year.
Kitchens source from regional growers and from the Farm Belt wherever season and climate allow. The Farm Belt grows bananas, pomegranates, herbs, broccoli, and salad leaves on the property. Bottled water is produced on the property to remove a layer of import. Buildings are sited to capture sea breeze and shade, with planting and orientation set before mechanical cooling is added.
The work sits within Triple Bay, a regenerative tourism destination on the Red Sea coast. The property is a neighbour to the culture and a neighbour to the locals; what is learned shows up in the menus, in the daily rhythm, and in the texture of every stay. Renewable energy, water conservation, and LEED-certified design run alongside the day-to-day practice.
Small operational choices, repeated across a year, do the work that single grand gestures cannot.
Eight dining venues run across the property, paced to where in the day they sit and what the body needs.
In the adult-led Jayana, Saratô serves three meals through the day, hyper-local and Asian-inspired with Thai and Southwestern Vietnamese influences. Jiraka draws on the spice routes between India and Arabia, guided by the Sattvic philosophy of balance and purity, with a beef-free menu. Shay Waard holds a tea destination rooted in traditional Arabic herbal and medicinal knowledge, organised around six pillar blends.
The family-led Jayela carries three more. Loumi Rue runs a family Mediterranean kitchen with Lebanese and Saudi influences, hosting buffet, grill, and three meals daily. Chez Mitzuba opens for dinner only as the property's signature Japanese kitchen with a hint of French flair, plant-forward and seafood-led, with Wagyu reserved for the kitchen's specialty programme. Breezy Kale keeps a family-friendly deli for ice-cream, gluten-free pastries, and healthier treats throughout the day.
Two cross-property venues sit at the Health and Wellness Centre. Chia Bite offers light bites, fresh juices, and chia puddings paced to the activity in the studios. Nakeha Studio holds the cooking studio where the dining team's research on what foods support what conditions runs continuously, and the menu adjusts as the assessments and the seasons move. The studio also runs guest cooking classes through every retreat.
The kitchens minimise salt, added sugar, and butter. Flavour is built from herbs and technique. All dishes at Saratô and Loumi Rue are gluten-free. The property holds to a no-alcohol standard. Cooking methods are kept to a defined set, with deep frying excluded across the venues. Produce comes from on-property growers and the Farm Belt wherever season and climate allow.

Your Wellness Advisor begins by listening to your goals and intentions. From there, a personalised retreat programme is carefully designed and refined as your journey unfolds. Should you wish, guidance and support can continue after you return home.
Your stay includes private consultations that inform a tailored programme of therapeutic treatments, movement sessions, and daily activities, whether physical, creative, musical, or reflective. Each element is thoughtfully selected so that every part of your stay supports your wellbeing.
Wellbeing is present in every detail. Contemporary analysis is balanced with time-honoured healing practices to create a holistic and considered approach. From restorative sleep to three nourishing wellness meals each day, your retreat experience is intentional, focused, and considered.
Three pillars carry the work, regardless of which retreat is booked. Your Wellness Advisor reads the body that arrives on the day and shapes the programme from there, drawing on the heritage of the Red Sea coast alongside contemporary clinical science/

Your Wellness Advisor begins with a conversation, not a questionnaire. From there, the programme is shaped to what the assessment surfaces, and refined as the days settle. Should you wish, guidance and support continue after you return home, paced to keep the work in the life you live.

Wellbeing sits in every detail. Contemporary analysis works alongside time-honoured healing practice; the work is restorative across both. From sleep that returns of its own accord to three nourishing meals from the kitchen each day, the retreat is intentional and considered, paced rather than packed.
Questions
Jayasom is a wellness destination on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast at AMAALA, founded in 2014. The first property at AMAALA at Triple Bay opens with six retreat directions paced over four to fourteen nights, eight dining venues, and a wellness team that joins traditional wisdom with contemporary practice. Each guest is met by a Wellness Advisor on arrival.
Jayasom AMAALA is approaching launch in 2026. The website holds the brand and property direction; bookings and arrivals open in phases as the property becomes ready. To plan a stay around opening, speak to a Wellness Advisor.
Jayasom sits at AMAALA on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, within the Triple Bay master plan being developed by Red Sea Global. It is one hour by car from Al Wajh airport, two hours from Red Sea International, and two hours from NEOM Bay.
Begin by speaking to a Wellness Advisor. Each stay is shaped at arrival around what the body and mind need, rather than around a fixed catalogue. Choose from six retreat directions (As a Pair, As a Woman, As a Family, As a Leader, As a Flow, As a Feather), staying four, seven, ten, or fourteen nights.
Six retreat directions are available at Jayasom AMAALA: As a Pair (couples), As a Woman (sisterhood, hormonal balance), As a Family (multi-generational connection), As a Leader (executive performance and recovery), As a Flow (movement and athletic recovery), and As a Feather (gut healing and detox). Each runs four, seven, ten, or fourteen nights.
Jayasom is built around the work, not the catalogue. Programmes are paced rather than packed; the dining table sits within the practice; ancient wisdom and contemporary science meet without either being diminished. Each guest is met by a Wellness Advisor on arrival, and Visiting Practitioners arrive in residence for weeks at a time, each chosen for the depth of practice they carry rather than the name attached to it.

@JAYASOM
A career at Jayasom is a way of living the work, not delivering it. The team is built around expertise in health and wellness, deep familiarity with traditional knowledge of the region, fluency in the small details that make a stay land, and a real care for people and the planet.
We hire for the depth of work that travels with each person, and we ask everyone we hire to keep growing it once they arrive. Visiting Practitioners join the resident team through the year. Wellness Advisors carry the day-to-day practice for each guest. The wider team includes resident clinicians, hosts, gardeners, dining team, technical staff, designers, and a leadership team that joins the property floor most days.
Roles open across health and wellness practice, hospitality service, food and beverage, sustainability operations, technology, design, and leadership. Training is held through the year by the resident team and the visiting clinicians; the teaching that arrives with a Visiting Practitioner stays with the team once they have left.
The work happens at AMAALA on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, in a wellness destination being built around what the body and mind actually need. If you want to bring your work into a place that asks for the whole of it, we'd like to hear from you.
Sign up for occasional updates from the team. We send sparingly, never daily.
A career at Jayasom is shaped by the same brief that shapes a guest's stay: depth of practice and honest care, with the patience for slow, considered effort over years. The team holds expertise in health and wellness and fluency in the small operational details that make a stay land. Above all, a real care for people and the planet. The practice integrates evidence-based modalities with Traditional Arabic Medicine in every programme. Wellness Advisors hold the day-to-day, with Visiting Practitioners arriving in residence through the year. Family-zone training draws on named partnerships with Worldwide Kids and Pavigym. We hire for the depth of practice each person carries. Beyond the wellness team, hosts, gardeners, the dining team, technical staff, and designers all carry the brief on the floor. Roles open across health and wellness practice, food and beverage, sustainability operations, technology, and design.
