How the day works

No. The Wellness Advisor sets the order each morning around what your body asks for, the practitioners on hand that week, and the weather. Loose anchors hold; the rest flexes.

Mostly the two sides hold their own pace, with a daily four o'clock to five o'clock slot where adults and children most often meet. Evenings flex around dinner at Saratô or Loumi Rue.
