CULINARY
Philosophy of Nourishment
Eight venues, one shared discipline. No alcohol, no deep frying, fourteen approved cooking methods, in-house bottled water. The kitchens cook for restoration.
Preparing your experience
A wellness destination on the northern shore of the Red Sea, where seven thousand square metres of healing facilities open onto the cove and the desert beyond.
AMAALA is a new destination envisioned as a connected coastal community at Triple Bay. Whilst the northern end hosts a lively Marina Village, the south end, connected by a linear walking route, is home to the more secluded wellness core.
One hour by car from Al Wajh, two hours from Red Sea International, two hours from NEOM Bay.
Sixty wellness villas and twenty four wellness residences sit between the cove and the inland plateau.
The Spa
Treatment rooms open onto private gardens. Hydrotherapy, sound healing, breathwork, and movement studios sit alongside clinical-medical assessment rooms. The architecture works with sound and light to make care the foreground.
A Holistic Approach
Wellness Wisdom®, Sustainability Pledge, and Power of Place anchor everything we do. Therapeutic Pillars, not modalities, shape your week. The Wellness Advisor builds the path with you.
Hydrotherapy
Cold and warm pools, contrast circuits, mineral baths, and Watsu sit at the lower terrace. Sessions are paired with breath and movement work; the order shifts to suit you.
Buildings frame the cove and the wadi; quiet hours are held, rooms feel held rather than branded.

Eight venues, one shared discipline. No alcohol, no deep frying, fourteen approved cooking methods, in-house bottled water. The kitchens cook for restoration.

Wellness with discretion. Care without performance. The work is small and constant, the kind that compounds across a year.

Five named gardens, three Buttercup play venues, the Stonecrop Maze on the Wellness Plateau. The landscape is a method, not a backdrop.
Peace is the Ultimate Luxury
Eight venues across the property. Saratô, Jiraka, and Shay Waard on the adult side. Loumi Rue, Chez Mitzuba, and Breezy Kale on the family side. Chia Bite and Nakeha Studio at the Health and Wellness Centre, shared by all.
Six Core Values, five Cornerstones of Wellness Cuisine. The kitchen reads ingredients first, then the plate. Banned-ingredient discipline applies across all eight venues.
A welcome meal at Saratô on the cove, paired with a pause-led brief from your Wellness Advisor. The week begins at the table.
Activities and Programmes
Twenty-two adult classes plus children's programming. Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound, water-borne yoga at the Beach Hut, talking circles in the Phoenix Garden. The schedule shapes itself; the team brings what's needed.
Triple Bay's southern end, where the wellness core sits, looks west to the Red Sea horizon and east to inland geological formations.
A labyrinth on the high plateau. Walk the path slowly, attend to each step, pause at the centre. Stonecrop is a succulent that holds water; it associates with peace, perseverance, and calmness.
Day Visits and Resident Access
Day visitors are welcome at select wellness experiences. Residents step in for treatments, meals, and group sessions on a rolling basis.

Phase one opens in 2026. Booking enquiries are taken now; allocation runs against the Wellness Advisor consultation.
Al Wajh airport is one hour by car. Red Sea International and NEOM Bay are each two hours. Airport pickup is included; we'd rather not have guests randomly arriving.
