RETREAT FINDER
Find the retreat that matches what you came in for.
Six retreats. One question first. What is asking for attention right now?
The retreat that fits is not always the one that catches the eye first. A few short questions, the same ones a Wellness Advisor would open with, point you toward the retreat the body and mind are asking for. The shape of the stay is built around you on arrival, after a clinical functional assessment. This page is the door.

STEP ONE
What is asking for attention?
Pick what feels closest. You can choose more than one. The questions move with you, and the retreat resets adjust as the picture sharpens. Nothing here commits you. The Wellness Advisor will refine the shape on arrival.
Tell us a little more. Has it been weeks, or longer? What does it feel like in the day? You won't be locked in by what you say here.
STEP TWO
Six retreats. One that fits.
One retreat is highlighted as the closest match to what you said. Two more sit alongside as adjacent fits. Each is offered in 4, 7, 10, or 14-night durations and shaped at arrival by your Wellness Advisor.
PROFOUND CONNECTION, RELAXING TOGETHER, RENEWAL
As a Pair
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
Pair, treated as a unit. Six couple-paired treatments anchor the week, and a few sessions sit aside as recurring conversations between practitioners and the two of you. The questionnaire you sent ahead shapes how the week is built.
REPLENISHED, NOT REINVENTED
As a Woman
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
A retreat shaped around her, in the company of practitioners who do this work. Hormonal Health is the menu emphasis at the table; pelvic and post-natal restoration sits within the body work; Eman Alsayoud anchors the Wellness Mentor stream when she is in residence. The week reads as a soft return, not a renovation.
TOGETHER, AT EACH AGE
As a Family
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
Adult depth-of-practice and a children's programme that does not compromise it. Both running every day, in parallel, with overlap when wanted. The children's programme runs through four age-banded studios at the Jayela Health and Wellness Centre, named after botanical stages. Multi-generational nourishment is the menu emphasis. Amanda Hanna anchors the family-wellness stream when she is in residence.
OPTIMISED PERFORMANCE, FOCUS AND RESILIENCE
As a Leader
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
Built for leaders carrying weight that does not switch off. Neuro Nourish is the menu emphasis at the table; cognitive-load assessments sit within the consultation; the body work leans into recovery, posture, and breath. Short, defensible weeks built against the rest of the year.
REBUILDING, AT YOUR PACE
As a Flow
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
Most guests arrive carrying a load. The week takes that as the starting point. Days build around the body's recovery curve, not a fixed grid. Some sessions move; others hold. Sports Nutrition is the menu emphasis; mobility and rebuilding sit within the body work; Mohammad Almslmany anchors the physiotherapy stream.
PHYSICAL VITALITY, DETOX, OPTIMAL WEIGHT
As a Feather
4, 7, 10, OR 14 NIGHTS
Lightness, clearance, quietness. Gut Healing and Cleansing is the menu emphasis at the table; the body work runs through detox-paired and digestive-supporting protocols; the week is set up for sedentary-adjacent guests as much as for guests rebuilding from a heavier load. The retreat carries the highest restorative-treatment count of the six and the lowest motion-session count.
IF UNSURE
If the picture is still forming, talk to someone.
The retreat match is a conversation, not a verdict. A Wellness Advisor reads what you have shared, asks a few clarifying questions, and shapes the recommendation around load, rhythm, and what the body is asking for.
KAREN CAMPBELL ON THE APPROACH
We start from what you can sustain, not from an ideal week on paper. The protocol meets you where you are and tightens only when the system shows it can hold more.
Questions
Common questions before booking
You answer a short series of questions about what is asking for attention right now: sleep, stress, energy, connection, weight, fatigue, digestion, hormonal change, or something else. The system surfaces one retreat as the closest match, two more as adjacent, and three as further afield. You read the cards. You speak to a Wellness Advisor before booking if it helps.
Yes. The questions are designed for that. Most guests arrive with two or three things layered together; the matching takes that into account.
Retreats run from four nights upward. The most common stays are seven, ten, and fourteen nights. Per-tier inclusions vary; longer stays add more practitioner time and deeper assessment.
No. If the picture is still forming, request a call with a Wellness Advisor. Many guests arrive with a sense that something needs to shift, without yet knowing what. The pre-arrival call shapes the week around what each guest says.
